The following promotion is intended for participants in the legal U.S. residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. Do not proceed in this promotion if you are not a legal U.S. resident residing in the fifty (50) United States or Washington D.C. Further eligibility restrictions are contained in the official rules (“Official Rules”) below.

1. GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION: The Six Flags 12 Days of Giveaways (the “Giveaway«) begins Monday, December 4, 2023, at 12:00:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on Friday, December 15, 2023 (the “Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway Period consists of twelve (12) individual daily entry periods (each a “Daily Entry Period”), as detailed in the Daily Entry Period Chart below, to award “Prizes”, as described in Section 6, (non-winning entries WILL NOT roll over into subsequent Daily Entry Periods).

The sponsor of this Giveaway is The Coca‑Cola Company (“Sponsor”). The presenter of this Giveaway is Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (“Presenter” or “Six Flags”). The administrator of this Giveaway is Creative Zing Promotion Group («Administrator«). Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and Presenter, and not to Instagram. Prize providers are not sponsors of this promotion and are not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Giveaway, the selection of the winners or the fulfillment of the prize. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry (“Entrant”).Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Presenter, Administrator (collectively, «Giveaway Entities«), Coca‑Cola bottlers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives and promotion and advertising agencies and the «Immediate Family Members», and/or «Household Member» of each, are ineligible to participate in the Giveaway. For purposes of the Giveaway, “Household Member” shall mean any person who shares the same residence at least three months a year, whether or not related; “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, grandparents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. Additionally, Entrant must be a registered user of Instagram for entry and in compliance with Instagram’s terms of use. Such Instagram account can be obtained for free by visiting Instagram and following the on-screen instructions. Each Entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the Instagram account associated with the entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant or potential winner in the Giveaway, the Entrant or potential winner will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person in whose name the e-mail account was opened. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential winner cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries will not be acknowledged except as provided herein. Giveaway prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted, sold or bartered.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, eligible Entrants may enter by completing the following three (3) steps, in no particular order:

Visit https://www.instagram.com/sixflags/ and Follow @sixflags.
Locate and “Like” the Giveaway call to action Instagram post (the “CTA”) on Presenter account.
Tag a friend and include the hashtag “#SixFlags_Sweepstakes” in the Post comment.

The Entry must:

Be submitted via Instagram.
Be wholly original to Entrant and Entrant must be the rightful owner of the Entry or must have the rights, title and interest necessary to utilize the Entry for consideration in the Giveaway in compliance with these Official Rules.
Be in accordance with these Official Rules.
Comply with the applicable technical entry requirements for the social media platform along with the Instagram Terms of Use and these Official Rules.
NOT be in violation of any law.

Entries are subject to the following Content Restrictions:

Entry must NOT include third parties/people, who have not expressly authorized in writing the Entrant to feature their name, image or likeness in the Entry or otherwise use such name, image or likeness in accordance with these Official Rules. If applicable, selected winners may be required to verify such authorization in the form of a release;
Entry must NOT include prominent mention or depiction of any copyrighted material (including but not limited to music, video games, films, books, television programming, etc.) and must not infringe on any third-party trademarks (including, but not limited to third party elements, brand names, product names, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork, etc.)
Entry must NOT contain subject matter which is, or could be considered, in the sole discretion of Giveaway Entities, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), defamatory, libelous, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g., illegal gambling, underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, hateful, degrading, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, tortious or objectionable;
Entry must NOT contain any derogatory references to any Giveaway Entities; and
Entry cannot communicate messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor and Presenter wishes to associate.

Giveaway Entities reserve the right to request that an Entrant edit or completely remove any content that may intentionally or unintentionally violate the Official Rules. Giveaway Entities will determine in their sole discretion which Entries have satisfied the eligibility requirements. The Entrant must follow Presenter throughout the Giveaway Period, and for a least fifteen (15) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes). Entrant may unfollow Presenter after the fifteen (15) day notification period.

Limit one (1) Entry per Entrant, per Daily Entry Period. Entries must be received in accordance with the Daily Entry Period Chart above. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void such Entrant’s Entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Giveaway. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. All information provided by Entrants becomes the property of Sponsor. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible Entries will be disqualified. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THEIR ENTRY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO ALTERNATE FORM OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes Entrant’s understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Giveaway Entities reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant that they determine to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Giveaway Entities reserve the right to move, change or extend deadlines or dates in their sole discretion. Such changes, if applicable, will be communicated on the Website and in these Official Rules.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Following the conclusion of each Daily Entry Period, in accordance with the dates and times as detailed in the Daily Entry Period Chart above, one (1) potential winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted by the Administrator from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Prize, as detailed in Section 6 below. Giveaway Entities will confirm that each potential winner has followed all steps in Section 3 prior to notification. Each potential winner will be notified via a direct message or public reply to their comment on Instagram and will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification attempt within 72 hours from the first attempted notification. Failure to respond within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of the prize. If a prize goes unclaimed or a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administrator in accordance with the aforementioned procedure. Each potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return within 72 hours (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release (collectively, “Prize Acceptance Forms”). Failure to return the Prize Acceptance Forms within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible Entries. Presenter, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. Winner shall be solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Other restrictions may apply.

5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during each corresponding Daily Entry Period.

Prize Delivery: Giveaway Entities shall not be responsible for delays in availability of a Prize; final awarding of any Prize is subject to availability. Giveaway Entities shall use all reasonable efforts to award a Prize within six (6) weeks of the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF A PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. The ARV for any prize is an estimate made before the Giveaway begins. If the actual value of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the winner of the corresponding prize will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Winner cannot assign or transfer any prize to another person, except at discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. If a prize is awarded but unclaimed/forfeited by recipient, the applicable prize may not be re-awarded, in Giveaway Entities’ sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. Each Prize, and all portions of the Prize, are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, without limitation. No prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Giveaway Entities, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Giveaway and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, each Entrant agrees to release and indemnify the Giveaway Entities, Coca‑Cola bottlers, each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and Prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, shareholders, members, successors, and employees; and each of these companies and individuals’ respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the «Released Parties«) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Giveaway and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of a prize authorizes the Sponsor, Presenter and their designees to use each winner’s name, voice, likeness, social media handle, social media profile picture, biographical data, city and state of residence and Entry materials in programming or promotional material, throughout the universe in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering the Giveaway, Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out‑of‑pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event will Entrant’s attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; and (3) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out‑of‑pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or from participation in the Giveaway; (v) the Entrant’s claim that they have somehow been defamed or portrayed in a false light or (vi) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any damage to an Entrant’s computer system, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Giveaway Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway (or any portion of the Giveaway) should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Giveaway and, in such situation, to select the Winner from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Giveaway Entities. Giveaway Entities may prohibit you from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or the Released Parties representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE ENTRY PAGES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

GOVERNING LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR THE RELEASED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SUBMISSION OR OTHER MATERIAL SUBMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS. THE INVALIDITY OR UNENFORCEABILITY OF ANY PROVISION OF THESE RULES SHALL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY OTHER PROVISION. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY PROVISION IS DETERMINED TO BE INVALID OR OTHERWISE UNENFORCEABLE OR ILLEGAL, THESE RULES SHALL OTHERWISE REMAIN IN EFFECT AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR TERMS AS IF THE INVALID OR ILLEGAL PROVISION WERE NOT CONTAINED HEREIN.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES, WEB MASTERS/SUPPLIERS, VENDORS, CONTRACTORS OR EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. 9. ARBITRATION PROVISION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER: By participating in this Giveaway, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes the Entrant may have with, or claims Entrant may have against, the Released Parties relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (i) the Giveaway, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved individually and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum (the “Forum”) and conducted before a sole arbitrator pursuant to the Code of Procedure established by the Forum. The arbitration shall be held at a location determined by the Forum pursuant to the Code of Procedure, or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the Entrant and Sponsor. The arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable Entrant may have entered into in connection with the Giveaway. There shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only the Entrant’s and/or Sponsor’s individual claims and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated. The arbitrator shall not have the power to award special or punitive damages against the Entrant or Released Parties. If any part of this Arbitration Provision is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of this Arbitration Provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

10. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://www.coca-cola.com/us/en/legal/privacy-policy. By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor permission to share your social media handle, email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Giveaway Entities, for the purpose of Giveaway administration and prize fulfillment. Information shared with Presenter for the purpose of Giveaway administration will be used in accordance with its independent privacy policy posted at: https://www.sixflags.com/america/privacy-policy

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant or potential winner in the Giveaway, the Entrant or potential winner will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person in whose name the e-mail account was opened. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential winner cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Entry must:

Be wholly original to Entrant and Entrant must be the rightful owner of the Entry or must have the rights, title and interest necessary to utilize the Entry for consideration in the Giveaway in compliance with these Official Rules.
Be in accordance with these Official Rules.
Comply with the applicable technical entry requirements for the social media platform along with the TikTok Terms of Service and these Official Rules.
NOT be in violation of any law.

Entries are subject to the following Content Restrictions:

Entry must NOT include third parties/people, who have not expressly authorized in writing the Entrant to feature their name, image or likeness in the Entry or otherwise use such name, image or likeness in accordance with these Official Rules. If applicable, selected winners may be required to verify such authorization in the form of a release;
Entry must NOT include prominent mention or depiction of any copyrighted material (including but not limited to music, video games, films, books, television programming, etc.) and must not infringe on any third-party trademarks (including, but not limited to third party elements, brand names, product names, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork, etc.);
Entry must NOT contain subject matter which is, or could be considered, in the sole discretion of Giveaway Entities, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), defamatory, libelous, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g., illegal gambling, underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, hateful, degrading, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, tortious or objectionable;
Entry must NOT contain any derogatory references to any Giveaway Entities; and
Entry cannot communicate messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor and Presenter wishes to associate.

Giveaway Entities reserve the right to request that an Entrant edit or completely remove any content that may intentionally or unintentionally violate the Official Rules. Giveaway Entities will determine in their sole discretion which Entries have satisfied the eligibility requirements. The Entrant must follow Presenter and the applicable Partner throughout the Giveaway Period, and for at least fifteen (15) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes). Entrant may unfollow Presenter and/or Partners after the fifteen (15) day notification period.

Limit one (1) Entry per Entrant, per Daily Entry Period. Entries must be received in accordance with the Daily Entry Period Chart above. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void such Entrant’s Entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Giveaway. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. All information provided by Entrants becomes the property of Sponsor and Presenter. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible Entries will be disqualified. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THEIR ENTRY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO ALTERNATE FORM OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes Entrant’s understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Giveaway Entities reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant that they determine to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Giveaway Entities reserve the right to move, change or extend deadlines or dates in their sole discretion. Such changes, if applicable, will be communicated on the Website and in these Official Rules.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Following the conclusion of each Entry Pool, in accordance with the dates as detailed in the Partner/Entry Pool Chart above, one (1) potential winner per Entry Pool will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator from among all eligible entries received for each Entry Pool. Giveaway Entities will confirm that each potential winner has followed all steps in Section 3 prior to notification. Each potential winner will be notified via a direct message or public reply to their comment on TikTok and will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification attempt within 72 hours from the first attempted notification. Failure to respond within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of the prize. If a prize goes unclaimed or a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administrator in accordance with the aforementioned procedure. Each potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return within 72 hours (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release (collectively, “Prize Acceptance Forms”). Failure to return the Prize Acceptance Forms within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible Entries. Presenter, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. For tax reporting purposes, any winner of a Prize valued at $600 or greater must provide Administrator with a valid social security number in accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations, and before the prize will be awarded. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the Prize received. IRS Form 1099 will be issued by the Administrator on behalf of the Sponsor. Winners shall be solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. 7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Giveaway Entities, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Giveaway and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, each Entrant agrees to release and indemnify the Giveaway Entities, Partners, Coca‑Cola bottlers, each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and Prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, shareholders, members, successors, and employees; and each of these companies and individuals’ respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the «Released Parties«) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Giveaway and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
